750 Ticket Raffle

We are in the process of preparing for our traditional
October, 750 Club Beef ‘n Beer Dinner and ticket
raffle. This fundraiser has been a tradition for Our
Lady of Sorrow’s Parish for over 10 years. It is the
only one night social fundraiser that brings us
together and at the same time helps raise funds to pay
for Church expenses. The funds raised will pay for a
new boiler for the hall, ongoing maintenance for the
church air-conditioning, repairing the outside church
steps and railings and installing new safety railings
outside the hall.
Volunteers are needed to help with the dinner.
A fun-filled evening is in store for all.
Please call the Parish Office at 927-1154 if you
can help out.!!

Votive Candles

We have 14 candle stands to fill and our candle revenue has seemed to decline. We observe people lighting candles but not making a donation to help pay for the candles, globes and tappers. Your donation per candle helps cover the cost of each votive candle or large candle and the sticks to light them. Your donation will help us to continue to have “real” candles to light. The same is true for our kiosk in the back of church with books, booklets and CD’s. In order to keep it filled with the newest items, we need your support. We only ask for $3 per CD or booklet and $15 per book. We want to continue to make these resources available for your spiritual enrichment but need your support.

Precious Blood Devotions

A new group has formed to pray the Precious Blood Devotions together before The Blessed Sacrament at Our Lady of Sorrow’s Church every Friday from 7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Mass Intentions

We have Masses, Bread & Wine and Sanctuary Candle Remembrances available.
